Safety 
Safety is the priority of the parade, everyone should abide by Sacramento Safety Guidelines, NO sharp equipment, fireworks or anything may hurt others are allowed to carry in parade.

Requirement

1. Vehicle/Trailer/Float
All vehicles/trailers must be LESS than 25 feet long and 10 feet wide.
All vehicles/trailers must have insurance.
All drivers must have driver’s license.
2. Waivers
All groups need to sign waiver, the waiver apply to anyone in the group.
All individual underage of 18 need to sign Minor Waiver.
3. Animal
All animal need proof of vaccination.
4. Marching Group
The minimum number of people of marching group is 10.
5. Motorcycle Group
The minimum number of motorcycle of motorcycle group is 5.
6. Mandatory Meeting
All entries must send at least one representative to attend one of the Mandatory Meeting on Oct. 5th, 6th or 7th.
7. Application submission deadline is Sept. 24th, 2022.

Restriction

1. All entrants must obey all requirements, procedures and guideline of Parade, failure to comply with the Parade Guideline may result in your removal from the parade and prohibition from future participation.
2. All entries wearing must be suitable for all ages, organizer reserve the right to exclude any in-appropriation immediately out of the parade.
3. All entries must NOT distribute printing materials, soliciting funds, ect. Along the Parade route.
4. All entries must NOT throw any item as they travel along the parade route.
5. All participants are prohibited any inappropriate language and activities.ccinct spac
